Quotas

Thanks to this module, a system administrator can limit the quota size for Files. The community edition of Carbonio doesn’t have limits for its drive, and a user could upload and create files indefinitely.

To use this resource, you must first activate it. So select Server from the main menu, then click on the Misc tab at the top.

Scroll down until you find Quotas for Carbonio’s Files. The default status is Disabled. Just click the the appropriate button in order to enable it.

Next, to change the quotas for all users within a domain, go to the main menu on the left side of the screen and select Domains. Then choose the domain you want to impose a limit on from the drop-down menu.

Then click on the Quotas tab in the top bar. You can now set the quota you want for the choosen domain, in bytes.

To confirm, click on Save. You will see some working in progress. Zero stands for infinite quota.

Finally, if you want to see the quotas used by domain users, scroll down to see three columns corresponding to the account name, the total quota allocated, and the quota consumed for Files.
