This module allows a system administrator to add an external account into a Carbonio user’s webmail.
To access this feature, go to the main menu and select the Users option; then choose the domain to which the account you want to add the external account belongs from the drop-down menu.

Then select the account from the list, or use the search bar above to find the account you want. Click on the edit icon on the right.

Then click on the External tab to access the settings.

Fill in the details of the external account you want to include in the webmail of the user you selected in the previous steps.

Finally, click Save to finishl.
