Reindex

With this feature a server admin can have a mailbox index redone. Reindexing a mailbox is an invasive procedure that deletes the current index and makes a new one.

Note: The account will be put in Maintenance mode when executing a Reindex. At the end of the process it will automatically set as Active.
Attention!
For big accounts, is possible that the status remains in Maintenance. In this case will be necessary to manually set it back as Active.

The menu has only one basic option: Setup

Setup: Select the domain of the account to reindex. Then click on List Users.

In the next screen select the account you want to reindex, and then click Reindex. The process will start and there will be a sign in the browser’s tab indicating the ongoing process. You can either check the status by clicking the Status button.

The result of a status query can be: Started (the process has initiated); Running (the process is in progess); Idle (the process has concluded).
