Thanks to this useful feature, a system administrator can share folders from one user’s inbox with another user.
To access this feature, go to the main menu and select the domain of the account whose inbox and folders you want to share.

Then select the corresponding account from the list and click on the edit icon on the right.

Then, in the top menu, click on the Sharing tab.

When you enter the module itself, you will see a drop-down menu. There you can select who to share your inbox and all its folders with.

Finally, click Save to save your changes.
⚠ Warning! Sharing an Inbox folder will also share all the sub-folders contained in it, including system folders (Sent, Spam, Drafts, Trash). |
All active shares will appear in the list below.

To unlink a shared account, simply click on the red button on the right-hand side.
⚠ Warning! A folder manually shared by an user through his webmail will not be removed using the Remove option from the Sharing module. |
