Through this functionality admins can have additional information about email accounts.
To access this feature, click Logs in the main menu on the left and then select the Trace tab at the top.
You will see the text field to introduce an e-mail address to be searched on the mail logs.
You will also need to select if the email address belongs tho that who sent or received the message.
