This module allows a Carbonio CE admin to manage sending policies with CBPolicyd. The interface facilitates its management by adding limits to sent messages to protect the server from being blacklisted all around the world when a corrupted accounts sends millions of spam.
CBpolicyd have it’s own managing interface but CbPlus installs and enables a very flexible and efficient preset of limits.
To access the module go to the main menu of CbPlus and select Server, then under Misc scroll down to find the configuration window for CBPolicyd.
The settings are very simple. First to all you have to enable the module by clicking on the button Enable. The status notice below will confirm the action.
| ⚠ Warning! Carbonio will restart after enabling or disabling CBPolicyd. This might take a few minutes depending on your server resources. |
Once the module is enabled, to access CBpolicyd’s interface click on the link shown down the status notice. The default user is cbpol_admin and you can set the password you want to enter each time.
An external tab or window will open in your browser with the default interface. For info on how to manage CBPolicyd please refer to the official documentation.
Logs: To see what’s happening behind CBpolicyd, you can check the logs by accessing the main menu, section Logs and then CBPolicyd from the bar.
The first selector allows to introduce the number of lines to be collected. In the text field you can type to filter results by regular expression.
